As stipulated in Article 35 of our contract, the university will maintain three support funds to assist bargaining members:
Medical Assistance and Financial Hardship Fund (MAFHSF)
International Activities Support Fund (IASF)
Dependent Support Fund (DSF)
Funds are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. Applying does not guarantee receipt of funds.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Click the above button to log into the Laney-Connect Hub.
2. Find "Bargaining Unit Member Support Funds" under the LGS Student Actions heading.
3. Read the instructions prior to completing the form and make sure you have all required documents handy. The link to the form is at the end of the instructions.
Please note that EmoryUnite! does not administer the dispersal of these funds. We won these support funds through our collective action. We can and will win more concessions from management as long as we work together to build a stronger union!
